Terms and Conditions of Prize Draws

Thinkfield will conduct the Trade Promotion Lottery in accordance with the following conditions, as laid out in the Permit for the Conduct of a Trade Promotion Lottery. • All lotteries (prize draws) will be carried out with no cost to the entrant. • Entry is via the completion of a survey either online, over the telephone (incoming to their landline/ mobile or work number), or via a face to face interview. • The prize itself is project specific and outlined at the outset of each survey. • Each lottery is carried out in isolation and independently. • The draw will be conducted within one month of the closure of the lottery (survey). • Description of the prize is written/ read out at the outset of the survey. Terms and conditions are published here, on Thinkfields website. • Every respondent who completes the survey will be entered into the prize draw. Respondents who partially complete the survey will not be entered into the prize draw. Winners are drawn at random using electronic means. • Details of each lottery (prize draw) are lodged with the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor prior to commencement. • The details, rules and conditions of each lottery can only be amended with written approval from the Gaming and Wagering Commission. • Once a trade promotion lottery has commenced it will not be cancelled or withdrawn without prior written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission. • Electronic records relating to the lottery shall be maintained for a period of twelve months and shall be made available to an authorised officer of the Gaming and Wagering Commission or a Police Officer upon request. • Audit records confirming the prize draw will be made available to an authorised officer of the Gaming and Wagering Commission or a Police Officer upon request.
